Photo Finishing

This picture is edited using the sharpen and blur filer on different layers and using a few adjustment layers. Using a mask, I painted over the parts I wanted blurred or sharpened. The I added a burned boarder and blurred it and reduced the opacity. I think it really brings out the focus on the picture and makes the picture really stand out.

  1. Holy crap! I love the touched up image of snow creek! That turned out way cool. The angle and composition are great. All I can say is great job, that rocks.

  3. Your after shot is incredible! What a beautiful picture! I LOVE the contrast, and I think the blur and the burned border really added a lot. Very well done.

  4. That is amazing. I am really impressed - I had no idea you could do that in photoshop. It pops just where it should without being over bearing. Very well done.

  5. I really enjoy the composition of this image. There is a great focus and concentration on dynamic saturation. That added with the slight burning of edges makes for a greatly involved image.
